This 5-workshop series is designed to help you harness your controllables and reclaim your fire through peri-menopause and the menopause transition.

Coach April (RN, Menopause Coaching Specialist) and Coach Jen (DC, MFSc) will lead you through 5 weekly 1-hour workshops — these include a talk on how you can take ACTION to optimize not only your experience but also your health and wellness, as well as a 30 minute workout designed specifically to address the concerns that pop up in this era (bone density, maintaining muscle, addressing pelvic floor concerns, balance and more).
