V Day Sweat Class: Show your Body Some Love

Join us for a 50 minute "Sweat” (metabolic conditioning) class that will challenge all of your muscles (heart included) while building a big sweat! Think battle ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, boxes, and a serious burn! $40 per participant. Open to all levels!
