We’ll cover how to eat, what to eat, mindset and lifestyle strategies to set yourself up for success, and how to move your body in order to reach your goals.
Optional Bonus Add-on: Clear Lake Retreat (May 23rd-25th).
Your weekly time commitment for this program is estimated to be 60-90 minutes for lesson completion and homework and 2-3 hours of movement each week.
