An 8-week Journey Towards Crushing Your Goals

  • Live Kick-off Event: Sunday March 1st, 2026

  • 8 weekly Mindset and Nutrition Lessons

  • 3 live-in-person events - March 15, April 12, April 26

  • 4 in-person 1:1 check-ins with Coach Jen or Coach April

  • 8 private group workout classes: Wednesdays at 5:15 pm (Mar 4, 11, 25, Apr 1, 8, 15, 22, 29) AND 8 SBM class of choice passes

    • OR an 8-week individualized training program that you can do at home or at your 0wn gym

We’ll cover how to eat, what to eat, mindset and lifestyle strategies to set yourself up for success, and how to move your body in order to reach your goals.

Your weekly time commitment for this program is estimated to be 60-90 minutes for lesson completion and homework and 2-3 hours of movement each week.

I am a nurse with 30 years of experience, a wife, and a mom who is passionate about supporting women’s health at every stage of life. I love the outdoors in both summer and winter, and I bring that same appreciation for balance and well-being into my work.

As a certified menopause coach, I believe women’s health care should be a top priority, and I’m dedicated to empowering women with education, support, and confidence on their wellness journey.
