TUESDAYS: 5:05 pm (IN GYM)
Pelvic floor activation, strength and endurance
Run technique
Power, acceleration, and strength work
SATURDAYS: 8:55 am
Guided warm-up
Outdoor group run with a gradual increase in volume
Guided cool down
HOMEWORK: Designated warm-up and tempo/Interval run prescription provided each week to help build running technique, speed and volume
FINALE: Nov 1st, 2025 - 5 km Run & Wind Up!
