A 6-week journey to help you build your running capacity, strength and Pelvic Floor Function safely, in a fun and welcoming community

THe Details

2 In-person Sessions/Week + 1 Tempo/Interval Run Homework Session

TUESDAYS: 5:05 pm (IN GYM)

  • Pelvic floor activation, strength and endurance

  • Run technique

  • Power, acceleration, and strength work

SATURDAYS: 8:55 am

  • Guided warm-up

  • Outdoor group run with a gradual increase in volume

  • Guided cool down

HOMEWORK: Designated warm-up and tempo/Interval run prescription provided each week to help build running technique, speed and volume

FINALE: Nov 1st, 2025 - 5 km Run & Wind Up!
